Technicians arrived at the appointed time. HVAC maintenance completed quickly with live video samples of potential issues shown to me. Only small issue was that the technician who entered the house to test the thermostat did not have the shoe booties to cover his shoes. Overall, great price and service!

Excellent service! My ac had died on me and with this cali heat, I had to get it repaired fast! Heard about Botello’s boys from a friend from work so I gave them a call. They were able to see me the next day and diagnose the problem. We set up the repair for the next day and my house has been as cool as it has ever been! Robert and Dominique were very nice and clear with what services were needed. Botello’s boys will be my go to guys from now on!
