Today Dominic came to my house to service the AC Pro HVAC unit installed by the Botello Boys back in 2022. The unit wasn't blowing cold air so Dominic quickly evaluated it and got it up and running quickly. It was covered by their 5 year installation warranty. I've done a lot of business with Botello Boys who assisted us on our roofing project in 2025 where the revised LA County building code required a thicker layer of insulation and roofing materials which affected the height of the return ducts. Had insulation installed in my attic. They offered a fair price. The techs and staff were very professional and always communicated with me. I def recommend this company for any insulation or hvac needs.

The Botello Boys responded and came out to my house the same day. I have a family member who just had surgery and was very uncomfortable when our air went out yesterday. They were very accommodating and professional. I will be joining their maintenance care program based off my experience today.
