the teachers and their help are the best, they are so involved with the kids, they're so caring. My daughter has learned so much since she's been attending. I would 100% recommend for your little ones. They have full time (12 month) classes as well as the migrant program (hours more flexible for migrant workers).
I mean, they cut it well. Just make sure to tell them what you want first. When they cut my hair, it looked good but not perfect, just good. It costed me $25. And I obviously liked the haircut.
