Jon and his crew replaced my 50-year old aluminum roof with a brand new steel one. Looks absolutely great. We scheduled the date of installation about 4 month prior, and just as scheduled, they started exactly on that date. They started on a Monday and had the old roof removed (3 layers thick - metal, composite, and wood shingle). By Friday they had the roof complete other than a part of the roof that I had another contractor modifying. Once that was completed, Jon came out and completed the job by himself. Jon at Benson And Sons Roofing is an absolute angel. With record-setting snowfall causing issues, my elderly parents suddenly needed help in order to stay warm. I can't tell you how stressful that was for me (not in the area) - and how grateful I am now!With wonderful skills AND an abundance of kindness, Jon took care of everything. I know how busy roofing must be right now, and yet he understood the urgency and worked swiftly to make it right. I truly can't explain how lucky we are to have this company (and this kind of good-hearted people) in Dunsmuir!! Thank you! ❤

One of the worst rains and horrific wind storms hit here where I live. My skylight started to leak water into my house. My anxiety was high and I panicked. I called Benson and Sons Roofing and I was told that they had also received other emergency calls due to the storm and that they would work their way to my house. I thought for sure they wouldn't make it that day with all the other emergencies. But they did! I had to leave for work about 4:30pm just before dark. Well, we must have passed on the road because they showed up at my house just before dark. Got right up on the roof and found the leak. Also, after inspecting, they found two cracks at other places and repaired....read full review
