I decided to sign up for their Back to School Back to You special which was $77 for 21 days. They give you a nutrition plan and you get unlimited workouts. So far I have already lost 4 lbs. The workouts are challenging and everyone is really encouraging. If you do a challenge they take a deposit that goes toward the gym. Try it out & see for yourself.
The doctor recommended me to exercise due to a health problem, although at first my intention was to lose weight, I found a lot of motivation and strength, I feel happier, with more energy and I gained toned muscles and lost a few pounds
04.29 -Full-body workout definitely felt that. The trainers are great I wish they were more focus on form, If your not doing it right then what's the point.04.30 - Meal prep and rest day. 05.01- upper body felt throughout the workout .. 2week weight in down another 4lbs ..I'm so feeling it!!! 05.02 - Leg day..Kudos to the trainer love the burn i got today felt it all throughout my thighs .. uhh summer body here I come 05.03 - full body .. I feel like my upper body is so weak. After today workout let me know how much stronger I need to get.05.04- upper body I enjoy the workout but for arm I try to alternate between heavy and light decreasing and increasing reps so I can up weights but it's really hard to do with 7 stations sometimes more.05.05- leg day.. so many ppl in the 9am class not a big deal .. had to add more stations so more leg workouts so I definitely was feeling the burn.05.06- 05.07 - rest and meal prep days .. I didn't like that I had both my rest days together I felt sluggish on the 2nd day so I don't think I will be having 2 rest day together again.05.08 - 3rd week weight in.. down 2 more pounds . I'm excited half way to my 20lb goal but was a little disappointing it was only 2 pounds .. I need to really focus this week and drop this weight. New trainer he is definitely a character loved his energy and his focus on form ... Kuddos !!! Can't wait to take more of his classes.05.09 - work was great!!! Little worried about my pounds down so doing 2- a day workout at the camp low weights high energy and cardio HIIT at night uhhh .. 05.10 - full body and I can definitely feel it through my whole body .. food getting a little bland .. but I'm staying focus remembering food is 80% of weight lost . 05.11 - I truly appreciate the love and attention the coaches put in all parts of are arms not my favorite part of my body can you say batwings lol ..05.12 - I go hard on leg days .. maybe a little too much. I need to really work on my box jumps I don't know if it's a mind thing or my knees are bad. 05.13 - workout was next level ... I thought they were giving out t- shirts for Mother's Day but apparently only on Sunday!?05.14- Happy Mother's Day.. workout was killer on my legs .. I had work didn't get in till 9am class t-shirt was gone ...05.15 - 4th weight in down another 2 down still worried I think along with 2-a day.. ima cut my calories.05. 16 - rest day... prep food lowering calorie intake uhhhh ... it's 05.17 - full body sometimes feel like arm day lol... thee 2 a days are killing me in a good way 05.18 - my arms still feel sore lol thanks to coach now my shoulders do too 05.19 - workout has me feeling good .. 05.20- 05.21 visiting my family out of town technically my rest day lol I did my 2 a day of cardio i miss the camp work out. 05.22 - 5th weight in so excited .. down 17.4 lbs ... I feel great .. finish strong .. still working out and extra cardio session just to give myself that push and motivation.05.23 - rest day .. meal prep for week really05.24 work out 9am .. full body day .. more like abs day my mid section is sore.. did a HIIT cardio in the PM. Last weight in around the corner .. goin extra hard!!!05.25 - workout 9am.. I've said this before but I love the attention my flabby arms are getting lol .. getting summer ready 05.26 - leg day .. groan much kudos to trainer !!! He definitely had us going till the last second ..05.27 - full body .. OmG I love this trainer I'm horrible with names but his a male I'm assuming Hispanic I think he was coming from another gym but his workout was a HIIT based and was all about form and movement.. I wish I trained with him more. 05.28 - it's my test day and technically end of my 6 week challenge but for good measure.. I had a HIIT cardio session.. I'm feeling good.. I'm excited to know where I am and how I have progressed.. due to the holiday weight in isn't till Tuesday fingers crossed.
