Dr. Palomares is a great chiropractor. I worked at the front desk for him for several years in college and still come to see him. Him and his wife Katie who runs the office care for their patients and community and conduct their business ethically. They're the best! Dave is very knowledgeable and personably and will listen to your concerns. I wish I lived closer so I could come in regularly. When I have back or neck pain or hurt myself working out, I come see him and I'm always feeling better after a couple sessions. Dr. Palomares is a gifted chiropractor. Within 30 minutes of each appointment I begin to feel relief from my chronic migraines. My quality of life has improved since starting to see him and I am very grateful. His office staff are also very kind and quick to get you in for an appointment. The out of pocket cost is generous so I am able to go in regularly.

Dr Palomares is a good man and doctor! He has been taking care of me and my mother for years. We didn’t change doctors even after we moved.Expect a caring and friendly professional who cares for people for decades. He will give you a ton of attention and will most definitely take care of you. And if needed, he will take care of you if you have an emergency.And, he’s a wonderful member of the dublin and Tri Valley community. He has been involved and contributed his time in schools and numerous other community initiatives.And, yes he has a very big heart, loyal patient following, and great skills.Love it!
