Ignore any negative reviews. I find in life sometimes people think they deserve respect when they haven't been respectful. I have had the best experience at orchid salon. Nyeisha is on time, she has excellent knowledge about hair care and how to keep hair healthy. She is always very professional and gives me feedback about my hair each time I go. I naturally have very fine thin hair. I've had challenges with keeping it full, long and healthy my whole life. Since I've been going to Nyeisha for the past year my hair has been fuller, longer and healthier than it's ever been. She also gives an excellent cut. Visited Orchid to get my hair done. The place is seriously a vibe, great company, good times, good laughs and I left feeling confident with my hair whipped to the God's! For those looking for a REAL hair stylist that does all the things including an OUTSTANDING shampoo. GO THERE!! It's sad reading prior reviews that honestly sound like a problem that unfortunately most black women face and that's the expectation of a song and dance for one's business. Excellent customer service. Excellent barbers. Cut my 3 year olds hair today and it was a good experience for him...he cried on the way out did not want to leave. So grateful for good barbers and optimal customer service.Beingtruelove.com
