My usual brow ladies in SJ failed me and I needed to get my browns done ASAP for an event I have this weekend..so on my way to work I searched up brow places near my job and found Kiki. Kiki is right across the street from where I work so before coming in I was hopeful that Kiki will be my new go to place for eyebrows/upper lip waxing since it's near my job. I came in around 10:50am and was instantly greeted by a lady who asked if I could wait a couple minutes. First thing first this place is extremely CLEAN and you can tell and smell how clean it is!!! After waiting a couple minutes the lady ask me to go in a room so she could wax my eyebrows/mustache. After she was done waxing my eyebrows she asked if she could thread the small hairs because they don't use tweezers. I AM SO HAPPY SHE ASKED..some places do not ask if they can thread your hairs they just do it. I've had my brows threaded before and I did not like the weird pain but, since she ask I told her yes. It was less painful this time. I will definitely be back at Kiki's to get my eyebrows/upper lip done again!!! In and out was probably less than 10 minutes!!! Very efficient

I love this place . Staff was really friendly . I really like the Indian girl and the old lady . I was so sacred doing the eyebrows . But they did really great job keep it up . I recommend all my family and friends go to the Kiki brows . They are friendly and faster then other shops .

Yay! I finally found a brow place in the Bay Area after 3 years :) Maneeka (not sure if I'm spelling her name right, sorry if it's wrong !) was super sweet and fast. I don't normally get my brows done, but she took care of mine and made them look great. I've been to places where they blame me for the thread snapping or have left me with a cut, but she was gentle and took a pause when my eyes teared up (again, I don't get my brows threaded that often!). She did warn me that after 4PM they tend to get busy and there's normally only one or two people working, so be prepared for a wait if you're going after work. But in the afternoon I was in and out in 10 minutes. The parking lot is shared with lots of food spaces and they take credit card! Best part is they have a stamp card, so your 10th (11th?) threading is free. I'll definitely be back!
