I've been going to Embrace Acupuncture for almost a year now, originally for pain following a lower back injury but I have had other smaller strains since then that I have wanted more help with. I wanted to find alternative options to help induce for labor. Came across acupuncture as an option. Was referred to Sophia and let me just say it was a great experience! She took her time to explain everything and was honest about no guarantees of when/how much it would help to put me in labor.
