Fixing a pipe on our hot tub. Went to Home Depot…no help at all, went to Leslie Pool….nada. Called Dublin Spa…super knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to SOLVE our pipe fitting issue. Their service and knowledge was above and beyond anything we have experienced.
Nate and David at Dublin Spa Center are knowledgeable. Whether it is chemical imbalance in your hot tub. Or repair knowledge they are willing to help you figure out any problems you may be having with your spa whether they can get your parts or not they will direct you in the right direction. Had to replace my old spa cover. Ordered one from Dublin spa center over the phone. They asked me all the correct questions about the spa model, etc. asked me what color gave them all the information and they matched everything perfectly! Told me the delivery would be in a couple of weeks which it had been.
Before the day of delivery, I had something scheduled and wasn’t able to be home. Called and asked them if they wouldn’t mind delivering the new cover to the front porch of my house and take the old cover, which I would place there. They said no problem.
