Had to replace my old spa cover. Ordered one from Dublin spa center over the phone. They asked me all the correct questions about the spa model, etc. asked me what color gave them all the information and they matched everything perfectly! Told me the delivery would be in a couple of weeks which it had been.
Before the day of delivery, I had something scheduled and wasn’t able to be home. Called and asked them if they wouldn’t mind delivering the new cover to the front porch of my house and take the old cover, which I would place there. They said no problem.

There's really no reason to go anywhere else for spa purchases or services. I've been using Dublin Spa for over a decade. Most recently they replaced my spa cover. They weren't happy with the new one so they immediately ordered another one that fit better and installed it a couple of weeks later, NO CHARGE. Love those guys.
My wife and I bought a spa around 2 years ago from Dublin Spa. Unfortunately the heating element broke - it was shorting out. I called them on Monday, I got in touch with their service person on Tuesday, and a very nice gentleman came today and replaced it (Wednesday). Its a shame it broke, but it was under warranty and replaced with no hassle or cost.
