Dr. Chan is very kind, patient and helpful. He visited My parents last month they can’t speak English well, Dr. help them and they were very grateful. Today, I got the glasses, when I got there store was closed but Dr. Was still there he opened the door and accepted us very warmly and friendly. Sorry Dr. To bother you after hours and thank you so much.
My go to optometrist retired and Roger's practice came up . He is old school practical and with so much experience offers great service for his prescriptions. The place looks messy but organized to meet his needs. I don't care about going to a fancy building but rather getting a good diagnosis of my eye conditions so this place is fine for my needs.
Dr Chan is always super friendly and upbeat, and is always completely up front and very fair about costs of anything. My insurance changed and I can no longer go out of network to be with him but I wish I could go back!
