Today I visit this clinic like always, I been in this place for years. The doctor is awesome that's why I'm still visiting. But today this new employee was very rude her name is Monica R .that's what she said. I'm very upset she was acting so weird she still money from my payment when I noticed this she rip my receipt.she was trying to hide her "mistake".this employee should not be around administration areas.She don't have manners at all.Is really sad when you need the service and you get people that don't like to work.

My visits here keep getting worst I ask to see a doctor I need a emergency doctor note .. and lady at front desk called the cops on me because she doesn't feel safe this place is joke .I'm a patient here and when you charge my insurance card you feel safe but when I need a doctors note I am a threat this place doesn’t care about customer service they only care about money

Terrible service, I the front desk staff are rude and unprofessional. I asked for them to check if my husbands medical had been change to them as I waited a long time on the phone to make that switch and they said they couldn't tell me over the phone, that I he had to go in person. Once he goes in person the office is close although their office hours state from 9am-6pm. He was there at 5 and the office is closed you could see the open sign in off I waited some time there to see if someone would open but no one did. Made him drive all the way over there to waste our time. Their time on google is misleading for the patients. And worst of all is the service they offer....read full review
