I have been waiting 18 DAYS for a simple mail key from Minute Key and still no sign of it. I received a generic email saying "it's on the way," but there’s no tracking number, no shipping date, no delivery estimate—just radio silence. It's like they sent it by carrier pigeon and forgot to feed it.
So I called customer service, hoping to get real help. I spoke with someone named Omah (employee #37104) who was shockingly rude, dismissive, and had zero interest in solving the problem.
