MIMPC Telehealth and Office Urgent Care

Just went to this urgent care for my first visit after calling my primary doctor and nobody could see me for another 2 weeks! Sheesh. Anyway, I made an appointment at home at 7:30am and was able to secure the first appointment they had today at 9:00AM. The intake and processing was quick as long as you fill out your intake forms at home before arriving. It was a breeze going in and getting seen by someone. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Hoa Doan who saw me was fantastic as well. Overall a great experience and I will be coming back for all my medical needs here!

My physical with Dr. Sargeant was the most thorough one I've ever had. Both she and her staff were very friendly and professional; there was hardly any waiting too. Highly recommend!

I'll give them 4 stars for not wasting my time talking to someone just to hear "no" but they still didn't answer my question all the way. I called and they have an automated system, I pressed the # for info on plans that they accept and it was another automated system which said they would text me at the # I was calling from. I got a text, I replied and they don't accept "straight" medical and they don't see children under 18. They never actually answered what plans they accept so I wouldn't be able to go there either because I'm not going to text them back.
