Everybody complains about termite reports... These guys are good. They came out, showed me where the problems were and dealt with it. Everybody has them and they are pretty easy to deal with if you stay on top of it.

They only just completed a full tented fumigation service this week so there's really no way to say how effective it was/is. It was on our newly purchased home, built in 1925. What I can say is that they had good communication throughout the process and their crew did their best to avoid damaging our landscaping, plants, and trees during the process of installation. They were careful to work around things that were close to the house and also put padding under all the corners to protect the new paint on the stucco of our Spanish style home.
