A couple week ago I called to make an appointment for my grandmother and I loved the customer service... I usually have very bad experiences in the call center but this time an employee named Ataly really made me feel like my grandmother was in good hands! I hope all of you guys get ataly as your call pick up!

This office has changed since 2013. In 2013 they had more attentive providers and staff. The current staff is rude ?. The lady at the prescription refills never answers. I placed a prescription request 1 week ago and haven't heard back from them. I honestly feel and know that the Geriatric Population is the most vulnerable and needs more attentive and quality care. This office does not focus on what matters most. I am very disappointed with their level of care and customer service.

Very nice doctor, but I can never get an appointment for my mom next week or the following one. I just called the office, and the soonest they could see her was December! This office has just become too busy, and this is not acceptable for a 91 years old patient. I will be moving my mother to another physician. This is a big hassle.
