I got a great first impression of JCPenny Salon in Downey, with my mom who was in desperate need of a haircut.
Both the hair stylist, Naomi, and the salon manager were friendly and listened to what we needed. The salon manager helped me sign up for a rewards account for future hair cuts, and ensured that everything was wonderful.
My mom loved her haircut, but even more she enjoyed the experience of being listened to while getting her hair done. I would gladly go back.

I came to the salon for the first time when they had there 10 dollar hair cut promotion in October 2024 and I was assigned to Sonny. She is a knowledgeable and professional stylist! I fell in love with her hair cut she gave me that day so I decided to come back. She only works 2 days out of the week but I booked an appointment with her she did a shampoo , cut and blow out. I was so happy again with the results! It’s always hard to find a stylist you can trust and she has a loyalty with me now. Thank Sonny!
I came in to JCPenney Salon for a trimmed with Virginia Rosario and let me tell you she was amazing. I show her a picture of what I wanted and she deliver I will be returning to her in 3 months. If you are hesitant in coming in don’t be cause she is awesome.Service: Haircut
