I came in to JCPenney Salon for a trimmed with Virginia Rosario and let me tell you she was amazing. I show her a picture of what I wanted and she deliver I will be returning to her in 3 months. If you are hesitant in coming in don’t be cause she is awesome.Service: Haircut

okay so i am super picky about my hair and who cuts it so it's always very long because of how hesitant i am. i usually cut my hair with instyle in montebello and last year i decided to give this location a try. this is my second time visiting both times were great yesterday though Manny cut my hair for the first time and i have never trusted someone with my hair more! my hair got so dull and dry when i got highlights at some random salon a couple months ago and yesterday Manny gave my hair the life it had before haha! i asked for layers as i always do and he did an amazing job! my hair was no longer dull and dry it was so soft again and it felt so great! he also recommended...read full review

The best,aura was the girl that did my hair,,she took her time did it how I wanted cut blow dry ,she even styled it,I was able to get a appointment the next day,everyone was really nice the salon was very clean,I just love it ill definetly be be going back.Services: Hair coloring
