Months later I came to get a trim and I was so nervous to work with anyone else but Betty. I trusted in Betty and she recommended Luz. And she did an amazing job. She listened to what I wanted and was gentile with my hair. Im so grateful I found the loft.

Jaqueline did such an amazing job ! I definitely got what I asked for, I was very nervous about going in because I’ve never gone to a salon or even cut my hair before, I let her know that I definitely wanted to keep my length since I had asked for layers and she did such an amazing job,she didn’t go all scissor happy on me lol.
