I've been here a couple of times now. I don't get some of the bad reviews because this is one of the best nail shops in town. Some people are either too picky or not vocal enough. For example, I learned that my dip powder always looks better with 4 coats as opposed to just 3, which is what they will do (3) if you don't ask for more. Instead of complaining, just simply tell them what you want...? they're really nice and accommodating to your needs at this shop. Prices are reasonable too. My fav nail shop!!
