I was told that Noemi was the best . So, I went to her! She was great!! She talked with me gave me very sound advice and explained things thoroughly to me. She gave me such a beautiful haircut. She fixed my wispy ends and made my hair more of an even blunt cut and gave me such a precision hair cut and textured my bangs just right! She was very sweet and caring!! She sincerely cares about her customers! That's why she's the manager and the best!! I give her 10 stars!! Noemi is my hairdresser from now on!!
