Came here to get my haircut last minute the other day and I had a great experience. The woman that cut my hair did a really good job and she was super patient. I came in around 11:30 so it wasn't buys. I was able to get it cut without waiting and while I was getting it cut a handful of people came in so I guess I beat the rush. I will come back here for sure because the haircut I received was better than most! This time it was exactly like I asked and expected. Great job and thanks again!

I called yesterday for an appointment the following day. The receptionist said they don't do that anymore, and I would have to call the same day for appointments. I called the following morning to schedule 3 appointments the latest time. I spoke to Claudia, and she gave me the appointments at 3 pm and 2 for 3:30 pm. Got to the facility at 3pm, room was packed, and there were only 2 stylists. I got checked in, and then another person came in with a 3pm appointment, and they had her go first. I was like ok maybe she made the appointment first. But then a man comes in knowing both the stylist and made conversations with them as they were working on other ppl. At this time it's 3:45 pm. Once one was done, she went to the receptionist area and asked the client she knew if his appointment was 3pm, he said no 3:30. The stylist proceeds to ask, "no its 3pm right?" He says again, no. All the while, she's looking at me to make sure I don't notice her trying to bring him in first. I didn't drop eye contact with her cause I saw what she was trying to do. She asked again, "No, today your appointment is at 3 pm, right?" He says no, 3:30.. she asks again, "No, but for today, it's 3pm," and the other stylist from the back yells, "No, it's 3:30 pm." And now that she sees her cover is blown, she calls my kid up. Meanwhile, she goes to the back to let the other stylist know what she was trying to do, and they laugh. As my kid is sitting in the chair she says, "omg we're do behind on the appointments, and I called her out and said yeah and I saw you trying to bring your friend in first as we've been waiting for almost an hour. She was shocked that I mentioned that and said well if you want to wait longer and she tried to take off the cape. I said no, we have already been patient for an hour, so you can continue. I didn't like that at all. I didn't find that fair. And I'm not talking about the wait. More of the preference of clients. If they already know that they're going to only have 2 stylist appointments and walk ins on a weekend, why triple book each hour. Doesn't make sense. Overall, the stylist did a good job on the haircuts. Needs more blending for fades. There was harsh lines left. The boys were happy though. We were out in 2hrs.

How do I start? Well to be honest I normally feel insecure about going there. Sometimes my haircut comes out just ok and other times I don't like it. This time I was lucky to get my hair cut from Gisel. (I hope I spelled her name right). This was the second time she has done my hair. It came out AWESOME. I told her what I wanted and I didn't have to guide her. It's hard to find a good stylist. Going to make sure she's working next time I need my hair cut. Gisel, THANK YOU for a wonderful job.
