I had an unpleasant experience last time I went where I wasn’t happy with how my lashes turned out. I let them know and they did not hesitate to fix it. I really appreciate how nice they were about this and tried to fix it rather than just ignore me. Gita did my lashes this time and they look SO GOOD. Thank you ladies for being so kind and helpful. I appreciate all of you and I will definitely keep coming back.

As a frequent guest at Signature Brow Downey, I can confidently say that the level of service and professionalism here is truly unmatched. Over time, I’ve received a variety of services including microblading, brow tinting, regular eyebrow threading, Brazilian wax, and underarm waxing — and every experience has been consistently exceptional.

I came in Saturday and had a great experience with my eyebrow mapping 10/10. Unfortunately I'm not sure if the girl was fairly new at doing the lift and tint so liquid kept going in my eyes and causing it to burn and making the process uncomfortable and I wasn't happy with the lift. However she was extremely kind throughout the whole process and I could tell she was trying her best. I was very apprehensive about calling and asking if it would be possible to get the eyelashes fixed as I do feel bad and wasn't sure how they would handle the situation.
