Melissa is a miracle worker, she transformed my hair from being box dyed and frizzy into the hair of my dreams. She is very easy to contact and she's upfront about the entire process which I really appreciated as a first timer getting my hair dyed. She is very gentle and always asked if I was comfortable. I'm so happy with my results and I highly recommend her. She also suggested layering my hair which came out amazing. I legit felt like a new person! The salon is also very clean and it was very easy to make an appointment.

I called early morning in a cry for help after attempting to remove the box red hair dye off my hair after using the “Oops color removal”. The results of the product left me with 4 different shades of red/orange.. I was in panic mode. Thankfully Jami was able to see me that same day for a hair consult that later turned into a same day hair color correction service appointment. Jami had another amazing person working with her as a team to try to remove the red off my hair as much as possible to give me the “balayage ” look I wanted. Man, Justin does it again! He did an amazing job on my haircut. He definitely passes the vibe check lol. He takes the time to see what you want by asking questions. Not only did he cut my hair, he also washed and conditioned it. I will most definitely be back.
