I was admitted her on Thursday night and I’m still here currently. I wanted to say thank you to the staff in the front from registry to the security guard very informative and helpful and kind. I came in with very sharp pain so I was moved to the O.R thank god no surgery was needed. The two workers Ozzy and Maria. Took me to get a C.T scan and I explain how terrifying I was and both were very supportive and actually convinced me that it was a safe test and they calm me down by just being supportive so my big props!!!!! To them both. I face one of my biggest fear thanks to them ?

I want to give a big shout out to the nurse who helped clean my ears out. I had been having difficulty hearing and was basically deaf in my left ear because it was backed up. She did a whole procedure with some water and a syringe and some ear drops and before I knew it, I was able to hear perfectly again.
I give this place two stars because I love that it is open on weekends, customer service is great, and I’ve never had to wait long BUT both times I have been here have been for my kids, dealing with a lengthy stomach bug and both times they didn’t want to treat it there, they sent me to the Children’s Hospital in LB and assumed they could have appendicitis, something completely unrelated. The nurses treated my kids better than the actual doctors. This place is more suited to adults, in my experience.
