I've been coming here for over 8 years. I moved away from Downey and stopped going for a year or so. During that time, I tried several other cleaners that were closed to me and was not happy with the quality I received. One cleaner in particular wouldn't take care of my buttons and ruined at least one button on almost every shirt I brought it. Hence, I returned to Mr. Hong and his wife. Despite the name being "one day cleaners" they do not offer same day service. Pick up for dry cleaning is always 4 days from when you bring your items in. Very disappointing.
