I've been coming here for over 8 years. I moved away from Downey and stopped going for a year or so. During that time, I tried several other cleaners that were closed to me and was not happy with the quality I received. One cleaner in particular wouldn't take care of my buttons and ruined at least one button on almost every shirt I brought it. Hence, I returned to Mr. Hong and his wife. There's been one, maybe two occurrences where he overcharged me however, he told me the next time I came. If he wouldn't have told me I never would have noticed. I highly appreciate the couple who run this business for their honesty, the quality they provide and for the friendly greetings I always receive. :)

Kristy(sp), the lady owner who does alterations, she understood everything I needed, had good suggestions based on what I needed, was no nonsense and got straight to making sure my stretch-ponte fabric dance dress was hemmed, taken in, and skirt lined in a short notice with a small window in time for my wedding. I think the dress was even courtesy-steamed when it got back to me. I had to make sure my communication was clear and to the point and I followed up a few times to make sudden changes. There was alot of rain, a full-day power outage and a lot of orders over the holiday but this place made it happen and the job was done well! Prices were reasonable and I was a happy customer. Thanks so much.
