I worked with Luz to get my Pre-Approval Letter for the Dream For All application. Luz and her team provided fast responses! I previously was trying to go through a lender in my area but they wre not responsive and the deadline for the program is coming up. I then messaged Luz because of her consistent communication through the newsletters to apply for the program.
