I had an appointment for French nails and came home 40 minutes later with red nails, although I explained to the person who made my appointment, the lady who made my manicure said she doesn't do extensions and french , extremely disappointed

I've been in this place a couple of times and the reason I don't go often is because of the Customer service. This older Asian woman is very rude, she treats people like trash, the way she look at you, talks to you, she doesn't help you, I don't know if she understands you or ignores you when you ask for help and watch you like you're going to steal,
I was leaving the store and waved her hand like chasing me out like a dog. Don't go there, is not worth it, high prices, horrible Customer service!

My first time coming to this salon and let me just point out that Cloudia did an amazing job at lightening my streaks and doing a treatment on my hair. She took her time with everything and she was very friendly!
