My first time coming to this salon and let me just point out that Cloudia did an amazing job at lightening my streaks and doing a treatment on my hair. She took her time with everything and she was very friendly!

I love my hair extensions! My hairdresser recommended that I come to this store to buy extensions. I remember buying my first hair extensions here a long time ago when I was a kid but I totally forgot about this place. Sue is the best and she helped me problem solve the extensions I bought from her store! She color matched my hair and taught me how to apply my extensions. When I went home and tried to style them, it did not look right so I came back and she advised me to wash them with shampoo and conditioner. That ended up working and the texture changed dramatically and it looked more natural. Her co-worker booked me an appointment with Sue so she could customize the extensions on me at no-cost. I have short hair so she cut some layers on one of the extensions and it blended well. She also taught me a cool trick to hide some of my short hair with the extensions. If you are curious about the pricing, I spent $280 in total for my 18-inch hair. It is also %100 Remy human hair. The hair was $230 and Sue's co-worker installed the hair clip-ins for an additional $50. You may not spend as much as me though because they have shorter-inch hair available if you are looking for that. They also have hair extensions with clip-ins installed. Unfortunately for me, the clip-ins they had in stock did not match my hair color but it could match yours! Also, if one of the clips break, they will help you fix it. They have over 20 years of experience working with applying hair extensions on their clients. I'm happy with the service I received here and felt like I should leave a review because they don't have much feedback on Yelp. Especially during the economic crisis that this pandemic left us in, I try to support local and small businesses instead of continuing to buy from big corporations. Instead of going to Ulta, Sephora, or Target for my hair needs, I would come back again to shop around their beauty supply store. They have a great KISS nail collection, hair products, wigs, hair extensions, fake lashes, faux ponytails and so much more at the store. They dream of building a website so they can list all of their products online and through social media one day. If you live in Downey as I do, you will find that not many places sell hair extensions in-store except for Sally's Beauty Supply but their collection is VERY small. Most hair extensions are being sold online now which can be scary because you don't know if the hair you are purchasing will suit you. So, come check this place out!!

Hair was done by Claudia. She was able to remove all the orange out of my hair and applied treatment. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair and she was able to copy identical. I am very happy with the color. She did an amazing job.
