From Malia at the front desk who's always friendly and patient and extremely helpful even when shes super busy multitasking! My regular massage therapist, Saniah, is absolutely awesome! She's an amazing communicator and genuinely concerned about a client's wellbeing. Her customer service skills to help determine your needs and preferences are off the charts. Also her technique and pressure are versatile. She has been a fantastic person to work with and truly a pleasure to know. THANK YOU SANIAH! And thank you Malia!

It was my first time getting a massage, my tia so graciously allowed me her turn (offered when you have the monthly subscription). I had Debbie who was a great masseuse and conversationalist who made me feel super comfortable for my first time (she gets a full 5 stars from me) ! Would I go again ? For my personal reasons no (full time student), but if you are someone who is stressed constantly and your body feels rigid, I would definitely recommend.
The only reason I am lacking a star is because of my experience with the receptionist. They were not rude or anything of the sort, it was just their attempt to sell me on the membership turned me off.... read full review
