I waited about an hour to see the doctor, only to be told I needed additional blood tests before they could prescribe anything. No treatment was provided during the visit, yet I was charged $350, which was also billed to my insurance. Very frustrating experience.

Everything said in all prior reviews ARE TRUE! They literally DO NOT CARE! Please spare all your patients your horribly cruel behavior and unprofessionalism. We are in need of care and have LIFE OR DEATH health issues going on. This is not about you and what you may think of the people calling in - you don’t know us. I only pray your family members don’t get treated how this office staff treats these patients. For 5 days, I called to make an appt. The first two days it was go through their number prompts, and then be on hold for 30 mins. The next 3 days it was call, go through the prompts, and then get hung up on, didnt matter the time of day; since I've had this happen with other referrals, I came in person to make my appt. The receptionist asked for my ID and insurance card and said it will be a while to make the appt and once done, they would tell me what day they are scheduling me for. So much wrong with all that.
