Myself and my husband both had been referred by our PCP to this center. I barley got by with my appointment. You must be an advocate for yourself to be a patient. I had to call them multiple times to get an appointment for both the doctor and the procedure. If your not one to do that I suggest not to use this GI doctor. My husband was referred also, he is much to busy with work to try to beg for an appointment so his appointment Referal expired to start all over. We decided to go back to our PCP and start over with a different specialist. I recommend the same! Good luck.

I had an appointment at 3pm, arrived few minutes before and filled out paperwork in less than 5min. Front desk nurse took co-payment right away. After arriving 7 ppl also got here after me. Everyone else that had arrived after me went in 3:30, 3:45, 4pm 4:15 passed and I finally went and asked the front desk if they were going to call me in and explain that I had an appointment at 3pm and had been waiting in the lobby. Apparently they did not have me on the list to be called in. This is unacceptable, the nurses should pay more attention to when they check in ppl.

If you get them as a referral from doctor just asked to be switched. The doctor is great and nice but the nurses are the worst. They have to respect and they have a bog attitude. Don't need anyone going through this with them.
