I have read some of the reviews and people are pathetic. I have worked with Exquisite on 40-50 properties and they do their job. I like how they work and how flexible they are. Have they ran late before, sure. They aren't just sitting around waiting for calls. Sometimes other inspections delay. I recommend them. What I like the most is how flexible they have been with my clients and with me. That speaks volumes and has come in very very handy with some closings.
