Dr. Margaret Nguyen, O.D. is known for her sweet and helpful demeanor, making visits enjoyable. The friendly receptionist assists patients with politeness throughout the process. Although some patients face insurance challenges, they still return for the great care. The waiting room features movies, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. Overall, the doctor and staff create a welcoming environment that keeps patients coming back for their yearly check-ups.
Dr. Nguyen is the sweetest and most helpful eye doctor I’ve ever come upon. I went in for the first time and her receptionist was able to help me and was polite and sweet throughout the whole process before consulting with Dr. Nguyen.
I have insurance but unfortunately Walmart does not take my insurance. However I still come here because Dr. Margaret is cute and the receptionist is also cute. They also play movies in the waiting room which is cool. I'll be back again for my next yearly check up.
I wanted to leave a review about Dr Nguyen who has a private optometry practice at this Walmart. I just wanted to acknowledge how great she was with treating my mother. My mother needed some new glasses, after a while of having lost her, it was time to go get her some new ones. Since she'd lost them, we didn't know her prescription, but Dr. Nguyen was up to the task. My mom suffers from dementia, but was very adamant about getting glasses. She's not the easiest person to deal with, but Dr. Nguyen took her time to make sure my mom was taken care of, and to figure out what works best for her. The receptionist was also such a friendly young woman, with I could remember her name. My mom reminds me every day how much she likes her new glasses and how well she can see with them. We are so happy with Dr. Nguyen and her friendly receptionist. Will be coming back next year! :)
