I've been to many different dentists in the past some bad, some okay, and a few good but coming across this dentist at Downey Dental Solutions has been the best experience I've ever had. I'm not just saying that to say it, I truly feel taken care of as a patient here. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and always goes above and beyond, even calling my insurance and helping me sort out a few situations I had. The doctor explains everything clearly while showing you x-rays and makes sure I fully understand any procedure or concerns before I leave the office. The cleanings are always very detailed and thorough, and overall I've only had great experiences here, nothing negative at all. I've been coming for a little over a year now, and every visit has been consistent. I highly recommend this location if you're looking for a dentist you can trust!
This has been by far my best experience at a dental office. The staff and doctor are amazing. I had a cleaning, fillings and a root canal. I felt no pain, everything was properly explained. Super clean office. Easy to communicate, no waiting time. 100% recommend.
