I visited other salon in Downey but had terrible service. Very Happy with Diamond Salon even though I have been there before , I'm not a regular customer only on special occasions is when I get my nails done. Happy Customer.

My does an amazing job with my pedicure and manicure. However, some of the ladies can be rude by speaking in their own language and they're not too discrete, they just look at you so it can be uncomfortable because you feel that they are speaking about you. I wish this salon had more color varieties to choose from.

they are ok. when they do decide to help you they do a good job. it’s how they greet you that was my personal issue. I checked their times, got their 4 hrs before they were to close and they asked if I had an appointment. they would have helped if I would have called and made an appointment. yet when I got there they were only helping out one other customer and she was sitting down watching TV.
