Working with Alex was a pleasure the whole way through. From there very beginning he worked with us on every step to make sure we got exactly what we wanted out of this ADU. very detail oriented and knew all the city codes like the back of his hand. Plans were approved very quickly cause there was no wasted time going back and fourth with the city. Definitely recommend using him if you want to invest into your current property or future investment property. He will not let you down.
