We have a new build pool and our pool builder gave us zero information on how to use our equipment or maintain our pool. We hired a pool guy, but he ended up never showing up and locking up our Intellicenter because he didn't know how to use it quite often. I did a ton of research on the internet, but still felt like I needed at least some professional guidance, especially after I tested the pool water and saw that our salt water pool was registering very little chlorine. I sent out emails to a couple of companies explaining the situation and asking for a "pool school" type class that your pool builder would typically give you. Tried calling them again for service but again, no response. They must not need the business, so I went with another pool company (Professional Pool Service) with my $15,000.00 pool renovation project.

Ryan fixed my pool problems and saving me money and time in the long run. Hard worker and honest and won't price gouge.
