Definitely worth trying! My first class was great — Power Flow on Saturday. Kelly made sure that everyone knew about modifications for poses. I will be returning for more yoga soon. Thank you! ?
Visiting from out of state. The ambiance of this studio is extremely peaceful. The owner Katrina has done an excellent job creating this space. It is minimalist and absolutely gorgeous. (I would love her to do the interior design of my own home!). I took a restorative yin class with Tracy. The class was just what my body needed. Tracy guided the class into a few poses I had not done before, and they were very relaxing. The owner and Tracy are friendly & welcoming! There is also a small boutique style yoga “shop” that is connected to the studio. This is a really nice studio plenty of room. The instructors are all good at explaining the moves and poses, different age groups so you don't feel awkward I am in my 60s. very peaceful and you feeling restored at the end.
