I took my sons tuxedo here for dry cleaning- I should've read the reviews. I just picked it up and every button cover on the shirt was gone. When I asked about it, I was just told "sorry". No offer to replace it or give a discount from what was already prepaid.

"Warning... very underhanded business practices!"This place should NOT be in business Period! The worst cleaners I've ever been to in terms of quality of work, care for your belongings, customer service, and the RUDEST woman working the register. Not sure what else, if anything she does, but she shows up when she feels like it (never mind the posted store hours), claims the manager has no responsibility for what happens, and lies about what happened to your now damaged clothes. The girl working the store may even be the owner, but who knows because she won't identify who she is. Maggie is wonderful! I brought in a dress with a halter top strap that was too loose 2 days before I had to wear it as a bridesmaid in a wedding (I had just flown into town that day, couldn't have brought it in sooner) and she was a miracle worker. She was very professional and got the dress to fit me like a glove. I can't thank her enough! Definitely bring in anything you need altered, Maggie will take great care of you!
