I'm pretty sure the lady that cut my hair my didn't know what she was doing lol. Although She was very nice, and respectful. But I basically left with an unfinished haircut, I'm sure they just specialize with women's hair, she didn't know how to use the texture powder, but I still paid full price. I did leave pretty disappointed

So I made my appointment two weeks ahead of time. Come today I got there on time. The hair stylist wasn’t there her name is Cali. So The other girl called and message her. So Cali told Brisa to ask me if I wanted to have her do my daughter’s hair I wasn’t sure because I didn’t do my research on Brisa until she showed me her work. So we agreed to it. What was unprofessional is that Cali wasn’t there or no heads up that she wasn’t going to make it in until I reached out and Brisa did. I appreciate Brisa for doing my daughters hair she did good for short notice..
