I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Palm Springs! The property was clean, stylish, and perfectly located for a relaxing getaway. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service.

Special shout-out to Chad — he went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of. From check-in to check-out, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about guests the way Chad does.

Highly recommend this hotel — and if you go, make sure to say hi to Chad. He’s the best!

Under new management and Starla is the 💣 before i wouldn't look twice at this place, but it's really coming together now. Would recommend. Good price for what you get and heart atmosphere. Huge potential, I can't wait to see what gets done with this place in the near future.
