Juan came out to my condo on the same day I got a hold of him to deal with a condensation leak that started from my a/c air handler in the ceiling. He diagnosed the issue as a clogged drain pipe and he was able to quickly clean the clogged pipe and reroute the tubing to better facilitate water drainage because my a/c was installed decades ago with different building codes that are now obsolete. It was a very reasonable price as well, and friendly, educational service - highly recommend.

I've had Juan install a completely new A/C condenser & coil for significantly less money than my quotes from 3 other main installation companies. I had quotes as high as $21,000, with others in the 9-12K range; Juan installed both units (outside and in attic) for $4500. Admittedly it was a York unit, which doesn't have the brand/historical quality ratings as the others, but I have been quite satisfied with his experience and detailing out all the issues the builder had when installing my original system. He came back out and re-did all my intake side as well into the furnace/fan, fully explaining why the builders subcontractor should not have installed it as they did. It has been over a year and the system continues running very well over the very hot 2020 Summer. Juan is in business for himself after years of working with the others, so you'll have to deal with his availability. As I read when extensively researching, its not really the brand, its the installer that is critical in how the equipment performs. He was recommended by others at my church. I appreciate his pointing out what code requires and how much each item would cost. He will install any brand unit, but recommended for me as a value consumer, the York. I've since had him help install a water heater I purchased at Lowe's, I needed his expertise. When you call, you'll probably be interrupting whatever job he is on at the time, so take into consideration if he is short with you on the phone. I was impressed with how much time he was willing to expend in explaining everything he was doing, and sharing his expertise as I am quite inquisitive.

Absolutely the best guy for the job. I was devistated when I found out my air conditioning broke in the middle of summer where it was 115 degrees out, I called up JG Mechnical Heating and Air Conditioning and they came ASAP and fixed it that same day!! Beyond content and satisfied with their work and the price was not bad at all! Not a scammer like all the other AC companies out there. 10/10 would recommend.
