When I came in, Ernesto greeted me and saw how hot and tired I was and asked if I needed water.Chandler and David worked with me to get just the right shade of paint.I love having a neighborhood hardware store. Sometimes there's a wait, but I know that they'll give good customer service when they get to me.

This place is great! I mean, they always have what I need, their lines are short and their staff are always helpful. Apparently, those folks that think their prices are "higher than the big box stores" obviously have no understanding of economics! That said, I am happy their in town and will always support them if possible! That's what a community is supposed to do...support local businesses.

RE: A Real Find & Customer Care Extraordinaire!Needed help with an ongoing small mildew issue. After trying numerous products purchased elsewhere I discovered a jewel hidden away in Desert Hot Springs! After having the good fortune to speak with Monica V, she directed me to her best product which had sold out and directed me to return in the next few days for a fresh order which sells out quickly. Just as promised, she delivered and her product WORKED! Had to complement the Manager for the service and met Tony E.
