She is very nice and tries to do her best with what she can do. Her situations that happen with her are very unfortunate but that isn't her fault. She's very respectful and there are times where she gets busy with life and that is very understandable. She would never leave anyone hanging without a reason to do so. She would not stop doing someone's house without a good reason too.
I have been using Anna's services for my home and Airbnb since 2021. European quality of service! Trustworthy, detail oriented and always on time! Highly recommend Anna's Cleaning!
Anna was my cleaning lady for 3+ years when my 3 boys were little. Imagine 3 growing boys (and a troupe of neighborhood friends!) over multiple muddy springs, stinky summers playing in the grass and sprinklers; and many messy, snowy New England winters! My husband & I worked full time, and I was taking night classes too! We could not have managed it all without Anna and her daughter Izabela!! My kids are now all in their 20’s and we all still remember Anna in those years feeling like a reliable family member stopping by to help us keep the home life calm, and clean!!!!!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
