This is a long overdue review. I had a quite complicated plumbing issue that included changing a shower valve and some other issues. I got quotes from around 10 businesses and Ric's was somewhere in the middle. I chose RWB Plumbing because Ric asked the right questions to make sure he understood the issue, unlike the other businesses that immediately said yes, without even understanding the issue. The guy who worked in my condo, Michael, did an amazing job and managed to completely avoid cutting the tile in the visible place (all other companies wanted to cut just to make it easier). We used RWB Plumbing to reroute our main line after three water main breaks within 5 years - all under the neighbor’s property. It was a beast of a project and the crew from RWB - Bryan Nambo, Jay Owens, Kevin Croutch and Michael Gomez - put in long hours for four days during a brutal heat wave. It was an entirely new route and required trenching through asphalt and concrete, tying in new pipe, adding new pressure regulators, shutoff valves and irrigation lines.
