I was sent a notice about my policy expiring and what I needed to do to re-instate it. I did exactly what the letter indicated and when I tried to have my policy re-instated the agents gave me run around for weeks! Each time O called they wanted me to do extra things, Then all of a sudden they tell me that I have to repaint my house in order for them to insure it! I asked to speak to the main agent, and its been another week and I still haven’t heard back. Its so sad that what I thought was a prestigious Insurance Agency has shown to be the opposite.

I never personally had ‘farmers insurance’ & I am glad I didn’t.However, from my parents experience with them & not only their Delano location.. I would never personally have them as my insurance carrier.Rude customer service, even after years of giving them the time of day.
