great customer service. very quick replies to emails. Heard about a Free gift with purchase after I placed the order and she explained the process and gave me a link to use next time and even offered to send me a free product now to make up for it.

I love their products and customer service. Regarding customer service, a few days after placing an order, I received notification that my package arrived. Unfortunately, I could not find it, so I contacted Alanna for assistance, She responded promptly to let me know what might've happened to my package. Turns out when the post office marks a package as 'delivered', that isn't always the case. I was grateful that Alanna was prompt and solution focused!
