Prozone Clean is such a superb customer service organization with an incredible knowledge base of all things odors. Joachim shared information and the science behind his product. Don’t hesitate-Joachim is worth every penny!
I just moved into a new home in Talega, SC. Place is totally amazing, but I noticed at night there is a sharp vinegar type smell. Long story short it's the tree's during the rainy humid weather we had for a bit. Before I realized that I had Joachim from Prozone come out and I would have paid to have their service done, but he examined it and neither of us could smell anything. He was honest and alleviated all of my concerns about any past issues in the home that maybe resurfaced. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Heaven forbid I ever need their service I would definitely use them.
Prozone Clean did an amazing job in my house in Capo Beach after my tenant left. The house had a strong pet odor, after carpets washing and whole house deep cleaning we couldn't get rid off.
