I’ve been a regular at Perspire Studio Dana Point for nearly a year now, and every single visit has been amazing. The facility is always spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for—but what really sets this place apart is the staff.
From day one, the team has been incredibly welcoming and genuinely makes you feel at home. It’s the kind of place where you actually look forward to coming in, not just for the workout, but for the experience.
My only piece of feedback (and it’s a small one!) would be to add a cold shower or cold plunge—this place would be absolutely perfect with that addition.
This was my first experience with an infrared sauna, and it was wonderful! Sabrina made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She took the time to show me how everything works and answered all my questions. The studio was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very relaxing. I’ll definitely be going back!

Very clean, and the rooms are aesthetically pleasing. When you step into your own private room you really feel like the next 40 mins are completely just for you - no phones, no distractions! I also love how personalized your experience can be from being able to choose different colored lights known as Chromotherapy, to the temprature of your sauna, and also if you want to watch something on Netflix, Hulu, Prime. Most importantly, when your session is over you feel energized and detoxed! Highly recommend!
