Last evening or AC unit when completely out-deader than a door mail. I was diagnosed at Mayo Clinic with an inability to tolerate heat as a result of a very bad virus that knocked out all the sweat glands in my body. The result is that any temperature above 72 or so could make me very sick or worse. We called the company that installed our unit (in 2011) & the answering service would not disturb anyone to come out. We found O C Breeze online and the owner Greg sent out George at 9pm. By 10:30 we were up and running and 2 repairs to our unit had taken place. Without their help we would have had to go to a hotel. Greg, is someone you can trust. I had a larger company (Triton Air) come out and sell me a annual maintenance agreement. One year later during their spring review they claimed I needed a new Air Conditioner. I called Greg for a second opinion and he came out on a Saturday and clarified for me I did not need a new unit.
Great service and great guy. We have a 2nd home and needed some assistance with a new furnace purchase. Greg was amazing. He is very knowledgeable and talked us through the issues even when most of our conversations were over the phone since we were not in town for the majority of the work. He will be our go to from here on out. We will be adding an A/C unit in the future and he will be the one we contact to make that happen. Give this company a call.
